All docs scanned to PDF then sequentially numbered. TWO sets of 60 CDs were produced as per client instructions. LOCATION: Reno, NV DESCRIPTION: On-Site Scanning/File Conversion VOLUME: 22,000+ pages BCS arrived on-site more than 510 miles away and began scanning in less than 24 hours of project notification. Files were transferred via FTP site daily. 2006 LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA DESCRIPTION: Initial Public Offering (IPO) Consent Packages VOLUME: 500 packages / 61,000 pgs / 500 CDs BCS produced 500 packages on an overnight RUSH basis consisting of more than 61,000 pages and 500 CDs with Labels. 2005 LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA DESCRIPTION: Production of Due Diligence Documents VOLUME: 200,000+ pages Due Diligence production for the Acquisition of a Major Real Estate Development and Property Management Company (portfolio). BCS provided project management assistance as well as Scanning and Photocopying services to a major Real Estate Investment/Consulting firm and their client. BCS produced more than 200,000 pages of highly confidential business records and other sensitive material in accordance with several Due Diligence requests. These documents were delivered via several formats: CD, email, FTP Site Transfer and hard copy. NOTE: This transaction was the second largest financial transaction in the State of California in 2005.* LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (ON_GOING) DESCRIPTION: Document Repository VOLUME: 83 Boxes - 250,000+ pages Document Repository for a large Class Action Law suit BCS currently manages a document repository consisting of more than 80 boxes (250,000+ pages of documentation). With more than 20 active parties of interest. BCS maintains an on-going index of all documentation submitted to the repository and houses the material in our secure facility to enable the easy review of the documents. BCS has produced multiple "complete sets" in accordance with formal document requests. LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA DESCRIPTION: Scanning/Digital Archive VOLUME: 136,000 pages File Conversion/Digital Archive Project for a National Real Estate Investment Firm. BCS acted as consultants and assisted with the file format and naming conventions used in the digital conversion of an entire file room of material consisting of more than 4,500 individual files and more than 136,000 pages. LOCATION: Brea, CA - El Segundo, CA DESCRIPTION: Scanning/Photocopying VOLUME: 160,000+ pages Due Diligence production for the Acquisition of an International Oil company. BCS acted as the preferred Southern California vendor for the production of highly Confidential business records and various Due Diligence materials. BCS retrieved documents from several different locations in Southern California. BCS produced more than 160,000 pages via photocopying and scanning.
